Our wellbeing associate, Bernard Genge, can deliver three different remote 'workforce wellbeing' workshops for your staff, each lasting 3 hours. Ideal for practice level or locality-wide training and education sessions, whether attendees are clinical or non-clinical.

Workshop 1: How to Manage Stress 'In the Moment'.
You will learn how to re-set the chronic fight or flight reactive approach to stressful events, and use your responsive mechanism to take control of challenging situations and people. You will learn how to change your emotional state by using visioning, positive self-talk, mindfulness/meditation, and other techniques.
Workshop 2: Building resilience through understanding physical and psychological wellbeing.
You will explore the six key components of physical wellbeing and the psychological aspects of resilience culminating in a discussion about 'personal continuous improvement' and its importance.
Workshop 3: The Effect of 'Adverse Experiences' and techniques to 'track, trace, and release' these.
You will explore adverse experiences and their effects on ourselves and others, including on emotional wellbeing and emotional resolve. Understand how the techniques of expression and anchoring can help with confidence and assertion, and finally learn about the concept of emotional freedom through 'track, trace, and release' of emotions.
